Staff Experience on Roleplay Servers (if any): I was Star Wars: Galaxies server director on this before, a lot of 1942RP servers (around 15?), MafiaRP, WeimarRP, PoliceRP, etc. Ranging from mod to co-owner and so on.

Motivation:

Why do you want to be staff? (Please provide a brief statement of your motivation): Well, I'm interested in Star Wars RP in general, I have been with this server for a while now and I know Volk. Would love to get back into this and come back from my Break because I see the potential in this, I also love the determination of all of the staff members I have met.

What can you contribute to the staff team? (Skills, knowledge, or ideas): I have over 2000 hours on gmod and I know basically everything there is to do and to know as staff on gmod. I promise to bring determination and unbiased opinions to the staff team. I also wish to help out with the dev work and suggest new ideas (Like I have done in the Past).

Conflict Resolution:

How would you deal with another staff member abusing their powers?: Well firstly I would talk to them, if they don't listen to me or take my advice on not abusing then I would gather evidence, for an example I would gather screenshots, recordings, testimonies from players and such. With said evidence I would turn to the higher staff (Staff manager, community manager, owner, etc) and report the incident and wrongdoings.
